2022 Year in Review

 Here you are in 2022.  

Somehow I didn't take a lot of pictures this year.  

You had a great year.  

Here we are at the skating rink.  You were skating for the first time and did a WONDERFUL job.  I think I still can skate but was too afraid of falling down and breaking something!

Danaja 2021 Year In Review

 Another Year 2021 and here are a few pictures in review.

We went Sailing in Yorktown and I absolutely love this picture of you smiling and enjoying yourself.

We are at RiverWalk Restaurant in Yorktown and you said this was the "best" burger you have ever had and you and I both know that is a tall order because you are the best food critic there is. We also both know I am NOT a cook, so don't even try anymore.  You however are a good cook and this year you practice making "Danaja's Sauce" over and over again.  

From time to time this year you worked on your art.  You love art.  You are art. Don't ever forget that!

This was a blanket that I brought you off of Amazon.  It was too small and very thin.  We put it on the wall then I took it down, never forget that I love you am always with you...even when you can no longer see me!  You know I can see you and routing for you!!!

We are at the Restaurant at the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum's restaurant.  You had a mac and cheese that they made in front of us.  The museum was amazing! If I can find the pictures I'll add them to this post.

Danaja's 2020 in Review

Here's to 2020.  
There was a before 2020 and an after 2020. 
COVID changed everything...but we still managed to have fun together. 
 

At the beginning of the Year we visited the Children's Museum of Portsmouth. 
You wrote yourself a million dollar check for CHICKEN!

The City on Newport News was demolishing the old K-Mart and invited the city out to paint it before they tore it down. 

What you ended up making...see the video below how you got there. 

You visiting Mikayla's college dorm room - VCU - before COVID shut it down.
So glad we went so you could have that experience.

Actually it was "hurricane" like winds and rain so the sailing trip was cancelled.
Do you remember that I still wanted to go and have the "experience" and you kept saying...but Ridea? Anyways they cancelled it.  These are some pirates outside a yacht.
